What counts as a monitored term?

Each document you add to TermDrift — a terms of service page, SLA, privacy policy, DPA, or any other vendor contract — counts as one monitored term. Your plan limit is the total number of active terms your organisation can monitor at once.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Every new account starts on the free plan, which lets you monitor up to 2 terms with no credit card required. Upgrade to a paid plan any time to monitor more.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time through your billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I go over my terms limit?

You won't lose access to existing terms. You'll just be prompted to upgrade before you can add new ones.
